MEET THE DIRECTOR

Tajanae Lewis better known as T.Kapri has established herself to be the "Best Female Choreographer in Philly," a label she has earned at the 2016 and 2017 Philly Dance Awards . She is most known for her skits, originality, attitude, and hard hitting choreography. She is a self taught dancer , who has been dancing since the age of three. It was in 2003 when she knew what she would be when she grew up , after the release of the movie “Honey.” After seeing the movie she begin to make up steps to teach her family and friends to perform at family gatherings , Birthday Parties and school events . When she was eleven years old she joined the “Youngest in Charge” dance team , where she performed at many big shows including B.E.T. show “106 n Park,” and the “Apollo.” At the age of 12 she became an assistant choreographer at the studio. At the age of 19 she started her own dance organization called the "ShowStoppas Dance Team," that currently holds the title of the "Best Intermediate Crew," in the City .
